It includes automatic drying and feeding system, online self-weighing system, energy-saving control system, ultrasonic thickness measurement system, high-speed traction system and automatic chipless cutting system. The wall thickness uniformity, roundness of the outer diameter, plasticity and pressure bearing capacity of the pipe are far higher than the national standards and reach the European standard.

Raw materials are directly purchased from petrochemical production companies in various countries, and each batch of raw materials is accompanied by inspection reports. Including XS10-orange produced by Total Petrochemical of France , HE3490-LS, ME3440, BC245MO produced by Borealis , SP890 produced by LG Petrochemical of South Korea , R200P produced by Hyosung of Korea , and DOWLEX2388 of American Dow.

At present, the company has passed the national experimental certification testing, ISO9001 quality management system certification, 14001 environmental management system certification, 18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and obtained a number of patent certificates.
